Matt Perotto

Matt Perotto has played an integral role on many of the landscapes and master planning projects since joining in 2015, leading projects from pursuit to conceptual design through to construction drawings and construction observation. His experience includes recent projects such as The Eight – a mixed use office complex in Bellevue Washington comprised of streetscapes with spill out retail program, an on structure public plaza, and an amenity roof terrace; Slava – a multi-mixed use development to be implemented in four phases in the heart of Moscow; the San Francisco Federal Building Plaza – the complete renovation of a plaza fronting the Federal Building in downtown San Francisco; the 2019 World Horticulture Expo Experiential Garden in Beijing, China; and Charleston East – Googles flagship headquarters set to be completed in 2023.

Mr. Perotto holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Toronto, John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, School of Planning. She also holds a Certification in Town Planning from the Oxford Brookes University.
