Delaware River Waterfront Corp has announced The Durst Organization to lead the Penn’s Landing Redevelopment project, with Hargreaves Jones as the landscape architect. The plan features a 12-acre park that will cap Philadelphia’s I-95 freeway, creating a revitalized, green, pedestrian-centric space in Old City that establishes a climate resilient riverfront for years to come.
